Getting Started on the My Food Order Platform

LOKE provides branded web and mobile apps that include ordering, delivery, loyalty and marketing tool.

On-boarding form

To kick-start the set-up process, your My Food Order representative will have sent you a link to an on-boarding web form that needs to be completed.  The information you give us on this form will help us with your onboarding process.  This form can also be accessed below.

Gaining access to the My Food Order platform

Once the Onboarding Team has reviewed your requirements, you will receive an email from My Food Order with a link to set up your account.  If you have not received your email then please contact your My Food Order representative.

Setting up my Payment Gateway

Our platform is powered by Stripe.  In order to process your transactions and receive payment you will need to sign up for a Stripe account. To set up your Stripe account, you must have access to LOKE Office.  See ‘Gaining access to the administration tool ‘Office’‘
