  • Security of any data transmitted through the Internet can never be 100% guaranteed, therefore you use our products, services, and website entirely at your own risk.

Preorder, Payment & Refund Policy

Payment

  • Upon registration with My Food Order, Customer can elect to make payments on either a Pre-Pay, Pay on Delivery or Pay on Pick-up.
  • If Customer’s preferred payment method is on a Pre-Paid, there must be available funds on a debit card or a credit card being used. Customer will be charged immediately after placing an order for Products through My Food Order using the payment method associated with Customer’s account.
  • All amounts paid are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at My Food Order discretion.
  • Orders for Products cannot be cancelled once processed by My Food Order.
  • Customer may incur additional charges when requesting delivery of the Products. Client will be notified at the checkout screen of any applicable additional charges associated with the order.
  • My Food Order reserves the right to include as additional charges on Customers Order any third party payment processing costs incurred through Your choice of payment method.

Preorder

Temporary unavailability of My Food Order

We take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, My Food Order being temporarily unavailable for reasons of conducting maintenance, improvements to Our systems or due to technical issues beyond Our control.

Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

My Food Order is and can not be held responsible for Dispatch & Deliveries. Dispatch & Deliveries are obligation of the business supplying a product to the consumer. In this case merchant promoting their products on My Food Order website.
